We currently are looking for the following roles:

Technical Support Engineer:

Providing 1st and 2nd line technical support to Assurix clients across all solutions within our portfolio. The candidate must have an excellent telephone manner and be able to work methodically through technical issues. They will be required to liaise with both customer and manufacturer during call resolution.

IT Security Consultant:

Delivering pre and post sales support to Assurix customers and prospective clients. The candidate must be familiar with IT Security and show a good understanding of leading IT Security technology and how it is delivered to the UK market. An excellent understanding of how IT Security technology can be used to secure corporate environments is essential. The role will include design, implementation and consultancy, as well as being able to support the Sales Team in a pre-sales capacity. The ideal candidate will have both proven experience within the IT Security Industry and able to display relevant industry certifications.
