Business functions often dictate that an enhanced level of support coverage is required for mission critical systems. Assurix Platinum support extends our high quality Chrome support by providing coverage at all times.
Support is provided to assist in the resolution of problems encountered and may include advice, recommendations, usage information, vendor patches and where necessary escalation to the vendor of the product.
Telephone support is available 24 hours a day, every day of the year. During office hours this is provided by our usual support staff. Out of hours dedicated support consultants will handle all aspects of a support issue.
