SecurEnvoyTwo Factor Authentication & GovConnect the SecurEnvoy Solution – 10th December 2.30pm

The use of Two Factor Authentication is a mandatory element of the GCSx Code of Compliance. SecurEnvoy turns any GSM phone into an authentication token, with no additional end-user hardware required, providing a cost effective two-factor authentication mechanism.
This system, currently deployed in many UK Local Authorities will provide the following key features:

  • No smartcard/token deployment, renewal or replacement costs
  • Direct real-time integration into existing user directory via LDAP
  • No PIN management issues as existing Windows password is the PIN
  • No need for users to carry another token
  • Ability to authenticate if out of GSM range
  • No Software required on phone

Assurix, in partnership with SecurEnvoy, are providing a free-of-charge webinar which will specifically address the requirements outlined and how the SecurEnvoy Solution is often 60% less expensive than hardware token based solutions.
